Introducing The Lansdowne Club Hybrid Meeting Solutions
We understand that from time to time (and particularly right now), you or some of your delegates may not be able to come to the Club in person - so we’re pushing the boundaries of technology and launching Hybrid Meeting packages!
With current travel limitations and ongoing meeting restrictions, The Lansdowne Club’s new Hybrid Meeting packages offer a safe and easy solution to ‘business as usual’.
Our 3 Hybrid Meeting rooms blend the best of meeting in person at the Club and virtual participation, providing the latest wireless AV communication and broadcasting technology alongside seamless meeting hospitality - including a dedicated team member to set up your Zoom meeting, send invitations and assist on the day so you can concentrate on the business at hand.
We have a range of equipment available to facilitate Hybrid Meetings
- A 4K television, or screen with a projector
- A PC with the Lansdowne email account and MS Office for business or presentation purposes
- High-resolution camera
- High definition microphone
- A PA system with screen and projector (if using a television, the sound will come through this)
We also offer use of the club Zoom account, setup your virtual meeting & provide support for technical enquiries before the day of the meeting.
As well as Members and their guests, our meeting facilities and Hybrid Meetings packages are available for non-members to book.
Room hire starts at £35.00 per hour, and AV equipment for hybrid meetings starts from £120.00.

THE BALLROOM AND LONG GALLERY
The Ballroom was originally designed by the neoclassical architect Robert Adam as the Library and later remodelled by George Dance and Robert Smirke to house the renowned Lansdowne Collection of classical statuary.
This elegant Grade II listed 18th century room has recently been refurbished and features spectacular 24-carat gold leaf vaulted ceilings and minstrel galleries.
Overlooking The Courtyard, the Long Gallery, with signature oak flooring and a classic barrelled ceiling, is the perfect setting for registration, catering, arrival drinks or an after-dinner bar.
The Shelburne Room
This spacious suite with a private anteroom is ideal for 20 to 80 guests, boasts lots of natural daylight and gives a sense of occasion to any event.
Perfect for meetings, conferences, presentations, private dining or parties, this versatile room suits a wide variety of functions and comes with its own private anteroom and bar area where refreshments and catering can be served for your event.
