Personal Trainer and Swimming Instructor
With 20 years of coaching experience, Emily is a charismatic teacher who has helped everyone from beginners to serious athletes to achieve their goals. She specialises in injury recovery, sports or postural specific strength and conditioning, event preparation and biomechanics assessment.
Emily is also an accomplished all-round athlete who has competed internationally in Triathlon, Lacrosse and Judo.
Having learnt to swim as an adult and then completed ultra endurance open water swims such as the Gibraltar Strait, the English Channel and Lake Geneva, she has all the tips to get beginner swimmers to a good standard in a short amount of time.
