With over 20 years of coaching experience, Emily is a charismatic teacher who has helped everyone from beginners to serious athletes to achieve their goals. Emily specialises in injury recovery, sports or postural specific strength and conditioning, event preparation, and biomechanical assessment.

Emily is also an accomplished all-round athlete who has competed internationally in triathlons, lacrosse, and judo. Having learned to swim as an adult, Emily went on to complete ultra endurance open water swims such as the Gibraltar Strait, English Channel and Lake Geneva. she has all the tips to get beginner swimmers to a good standard in a short amount of time.

Finbar Reid


Finbar studied dance at The Brit School for Performing Arts and earned a Diploma in Professional Dance at Urdang Academy. Additionally, he trained at the School of Classical Russian Ballet before falling in love with Martial Arts. He now trains in Mixed Martial Arts, competing in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Finbar has a keen interest in functional training, compound strength exercises and bodyweight movements that help you build strength, feel fit and strong, enable you to perform daily tasks better, or compete in the sport you love.

She enjoys teaching and helping clients through their fitness journey whether it is to build on general fitness, lose weight, tone up or strength training.

Jade likes to mix up her training style for clients to keep exercise fun and enjoyable. Along with training, she likes to guide clients through nutrition and how to balance these together with their lifestyle.
