These rates are effective for any bookings made for events taking place after the 1st January 2012
Please note all rates are subject to change at the Committee's Discretion
Any meetings taking place between the hours of 8.00am and 1.00pm or 1.00pm and 6.00pm will be charged at 50% of the full rates above. Any meetings outside of these times will be subject to the full rates. Please note there is a minimum spend of £5,500.00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
There is an additional charge of £200.00 on any event finishing after 10:30pm in the Ballroom and £100.00 on any event finishing after 10.30pm in the Shelburne, Findlay or Sun Rooms.
All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate
A 10% Service charge will be added onto the total of all function invoices
