These rates are effective for any bookings made for events taking place after the 1st April 2008
Please note all rates are subject to change at the Committee's Discretion

Any meetings taking place between the hours of 8.00am – 1.00pm or 1.00pm – 6.00pm will be charged at 50% of the full rates above. Any meetings outside of these times will be subject to the full rates. Please note there is a minimum food and beverage spend of £2,000 on Saturdays and Sundays. All rates are subject to change at the Club’s discretion.

There is an additional charge of £200.00 on any event finishing after 10:30pm in the Ballroom and £100.00 on any event in the Shelburne or Findlay Room.

All rates are inclusive of VAT

10% Service charge will be added onto all function invoices.
