The Lansdowne Club has a number of function rooms available for hire to both Members and Non-Members. Each room has its own individuality and atmosphere. From a business meeting to a romantic wedding, we have a room to suit every occasion.


Catering:

Our in-house team of chefs are able to take care of all your catering requirements. Please download our Events Brochure above for more information


Entertainment and decoration:

We are happy to assist with the decoration, from set designs and themes to simply suggesting a florist. We are also able to recommend a wide variety of entertainments, including bands, discothèques, string quartets, jugglers, magicians and many other attractions.


Accommodation:

The Lansdowne Club has seventy two bedrooms available to those guests attending an event on a weekend. Non-members attending functions during the week are not able to reserve bedrooms


Dress Code/Mobile Phones

The Club's dress rules must be adhered to by anyone entering the Club including organisers and function guests. Men must wear a collared shirt and jacket (ties are not necessary) and women must be smartly dressed. Denim, casual trousers or trainers are not acceptable.
The Club Dress Code must be adhered to by organisers and guests at all times.

Please note that during the months of June, July and August jackets are not required for gentlemen, but long-sleeved, collared shirts must be worn. On a Saturday and Sunday jackets are not required however denim and trainers are not acceptable at any time. Failure to comply may result in admission to the club being refused.

Mobile phones must be switched off on entry into the Club. Their use is permitted only in your hired function room.
