Health & Fitness Classes
To go with our newly refurbished Exercise Studio, we have refreshed our timetable of weekly Health & Fitness Class. Group fitness is a great way to get fit and our range of classes is designed for all levels of fitness, to be enjoyed with other Members. The new Exercise Studio opened in February with an intergrated sound system and new equipment for Circuit Training, Body Blitz, Aerobic Workout, Pilates and Spinning.
